11 days ago I posted on here that I wanted to be vegan instead of vegetarian. I did it it’s been over a week now
First of all of course it has made me feel better and I feel like I have more energy to be honest, even when I’m fasting I have more energy. The biggest improvement I’ve seen is my weight loss has gone from 4 pounds a month to 4.5 pounds lost JUST THIS WEEK! Maybe it’s a lot in a week but I’m very happy. It’s like I’ve gone back to when I first started my journey losing this much.
Thank you everyone for your tips from that post it helped me a lot and I knew what to buy in the grocery store
