A protein replacement on a vegan diet
Probably a regular question but still trying to find a satisfying alternative- as part of my fitness regime I tried out eating kangaroo mince in the morning which I quite like the taste of and it gave me the protein kick I needed. Now that I am moving towards a vegan lifestyle obviously this isn't compatible and I am having trouble finding a viable alternative – it seems like those that satisfy tastewise take too much effort (yeah I am a pretty lazy in the kitchen), are too expensive to maintain regularly or lack flavour. Has anyone else been in this situation or have some advice/suggestions I could try?
