Are soaked cashews supposed to be completely smooth?
Both times I've tried to make a sauce with them, it comes out bumpy and gritty no matter how much I puree it in the food processor. Am I doing something wrong? This last time, they soaked for 4 hours and are plain, unsalted and not roasted.
