Black bean patty that doesn’t disintegrate when exposed to heat?
I've tried many, many black bean recipes for burger patties and "meat"balls and they all have one thing in common: when you try to fry them, they turn to mush. I'm getting pretty tired of all these fashion vegans with their lifestyle blogs, pushing recipes that are only good for making dishes that looks attractive through a camera lens but are not actually for eating.
So I'm kindly asking this community for a solid black bean patty recipe.
