Can I freeze rehydrated TVP?
I make homemade pizza pops and usually use Yves ground round, but have tons of TVP and wanted to use that if possible.
I’ve looked it up and it says that it’s okay to freeze, but doesn’t mention if it’s okay/what to watch out for if it’s included in a dish. I’m worried that it might do something, however I’m not sure what exactly. Anxiety has me refusing to use it until I’m sure, so thank you in advance!
