Can you share your best vegan cheescake recipes that don’t involve freezing?
I'm trying to find a delicious cheescake to make but I'm not fond of recipes that ask you to freeze it to set then thaw before serving. I dont know if its just me, but those always end up crystallized in the freezer and they don't thaw nicely. The texture is mixed between frozen and smooth all the time.
Anyways please share if you have a good recipe that has worked for you!
