Chaterelle Recipes!? via /r/veganrecipes

I impulse bought a container from Costco and am really excited to eat them! Anyone have any recipe recommendations before I just throw them in a creamy vegan pasta sauce? I'm sure it would be delicious, but I'm looking for something more unique. Thanks!
