CRISPIEST TOFU via /r/veganrecipes


Ok all you fermented soybean eaters: what is your trick for crispy/crunchy tofu? Corn starch? Flour? Something else?

I don’t have a air fryer but my oven does have a convection setting and (allegedly) they’re the same!
