delicious vegan cheese without nutritional yeast: is it possible?
I know this may be a lot to ask, but I'm trying to avoid nutritional yeast (or any yeast for that matter). What I am searching for is a recipe for a vegan cheese that is shreddable, meltable (on pizza, mac and cheese, etc) and actually tastes like cheese. Is this a pipe dream?
