Do you guys have any alternatives to parmesan cheese that aren’t nooch? I really miss the quality parmesan cheese had when making pasta.
I used to make a lot of pasta with parmesan cheese as the base for the sauce because it was so simple and delicious. Just mix it into the pasta in stages with the pasta water until it formed a nice creamy sauce.
I'm looking for some other way to replicate that sauce, but without using nooch because I really don't like the flavor of it. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks guys
