Easy Vegan Recipes For Depressive Episodes
Like the title says, I'm looking for easy (mostly protein rich) vegan meals. I'd like to eat more vegan, but when I get into bad depressive episodes, nothing is easier than ordering fast-food takeout and wasting money/feeling like crap. I can't even make myself boil water for pasta when I get depressed. I'd appreciate any recommendations. I know next to nothing about vegan cuisine but would love to learn more as I'm lactose intolerant and trying to wean off meats as well. Thank you!
