Freezing tofu scramble/breakfast burrito
Hi everyone, I’m looking to simplify my life and have fallen in love with freezer burritos.
I have been using my burritos for lunch, but making a tofu scramble quesadilla for breakfast each morning. I’d like to transition to having my tofu scramble on a burrito for breakfast, but I’m not sure how that will freeze? I’m thinking I’ll make it with mushrooms, red capsicum and a black bean and corn mix.
Does anyone have experience with making breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwiches with tofu scramble?
