Frustrated with the Yummly app

So I downloaded the Yummly app with the plan on broadening my horizons. After a long time of entering my stuff in my virtual pantry, and hit search and I get over 1000 recipes which are just how to roast individual vegetables, like actual recipes on how to roast potato, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower etc, how to cook rice and quinoa, broccoli soup and potato soup and hash browns.

But no actual recipes for dinner! It’s a bit frustrating. I’m hoping I’m doing something wrong so if anyone can enlighten me?

I downloaded the app because I just started ordering a veggie box which comes filled with in season veg, so I get veg that I may not normally buy or know what to do such as eggplant.
