GABA/Germinated Brown Rice
Has anyone gone through the trouble of making GABA brown rice before? I’ve tried making it a few times on my zojirushi rice cooker and it just comes out soggy and I’m not entirely sure I’m using rice that’s fresh enough. It takes about 3 hours start to finish.
Edit * how do I know if it’s being cooked correctly?
