Going on business trip and will be limited to 2 stovetops and a microwave for 6 weeks. What can I cook to ensure my body gets enough nutrients/fat/protein a day in bulk to allow for very simple reheat/cleanup?
Sorry if this seems like a routine question here but had a few restrictions on how I can meal prep and was hoping someone can help.
6 weeks in hotel/office only setting. Hotel will have a fridge and 2 stove tops. I work a lot so i need to bulk prep meals to last 3 or 4 days and be easily reheated in a microwave (for work lunches) or on the stove for breakfast/dinner.
I cant do tomatoes as I've seen a number if recipes I have found call for. Simple and plain is fine as long as I am getting all my nutrients. Weigh about 180pounds and a younger male in good health.
