Help out a vegan law school student (with shamefully easy recipes)
Ever since I started studying for the LSAT I've been sensing the need to go vegan once again. I had been vegan way back in the day while in undergrad and felt / slept better than ever. As you might be able to imagine, the lazy bachelor in me does not produce much variety while cooking (more like not cooking) and serving up myself different vegan meals. I will be buying a rice cooker for law school and will probably eat rice + rice and veggie dishes everyday during law school. I was wondering if you good natured vegan redditors could assist me in thinking up some fairly easy but most importantly QUICK vegan recipes. This thread could go down as the ultimate guide for law/medical/ and engineering dweebs who insist on the veggies for all time! Okay… maybe I'm just trying extra hard to conjure up some great ideas. I'm hoping that suggestions will be relatively cheap, moderately difficult, but most importantly… FAST!
