How to incorporate more vegetables in my diet if I only like them raw?

I absolutely love the majority of the vegetables, except raw tomatoes, broccoli and beets. I'd really like to incorporate much more vegetables into my meals but I feel lost and I am tired of eating a smaller salad as a side-dish.

I have tried roasting in the oven carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers and sadly I wasted them because I literally had to puke when eating them. For some reason I feel disgusted by them. I have tried added baby spinach into curries but I got disgusted again..

Is there anyone who felt the same and managed to find a way to eat them still?
