When I went vegetarian there were things that I continued to consume because I didn't know they had animals in them. (I ate Caesar salad dressing for years after being a vegetarian only recently learning that it has anchovies in it… or that most common soap bars were made with animal fat… stuff like that that I wish I knew sooner.) What are some other common "traps" where it might not necessarily occur to someone that they are made from animals/dairy/eggs? Thank you in advance.
