I love (almost) never having to worry about food poisoning.
Just read a post in another sub about a person dropping pasta where their chicken marinade had been and was thinking, ah, yet another reason why being vegan is so satisfying.
Raw cookie dough? No problem. Same cutting board and utensils for everything? Oh yeah. Pour that extra marinade right back on top of the cooked meal? You know it. Worst thing we have to worry about is washing the outside of the watermelon before using the same board to cut the inside slices, and making sure to cook stuff to a proper temp before refrigerating.
