Hello, I’m wondering what people’s best advice/other staple pieces/replacement items are for someone with an allergy to most legumes (anaphylactic shock kinda allergic so not just sick feeling) and being vegan. I feel like I’ve been doing okay with it for the past couple months but feel like I’m especially even more restricted as a lot of vegan items/recipes contain pea protein, black beans, chickpeas, and lentils. Luckily I know for sure I am not allergic to soy, green/string beans, and I believe at least most nuts. But it’s been sucking lately getting something from the store and testing to see if the legume in it is one I’m allergic to😅.
