Maraschino Cherry Vegan Cake Help?
Hello everyone, my niece is requesting that I make her a "Maraschino Cherry" cake for her birthday this weekend. I make my cakes vegan and gluten free (brother is celiac) when I bake and have been scouring the internet for recipes. Unfortunately, most of the recipes require lots of egg whites or eggs in their recipe. The flour and milk/butter I can easily adapt but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to adapt a recipe. Has anyone made a cake like this before, or have a tried and true egg white replacer? And ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
