Miso Dipping Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Hatcho Miso or Red Miso
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 or 2 Tbs. Water to arrive at sauce consistency
- Dash Tabasco Sauce
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Note: The Hatcho miso needed the larger amount` of water as it is quite dry.
