My favorite dressing for Asian recipes (especially bowls)
Dragon Dressing:
1/3 cup nutritional yeast , 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1-2 tbsp oil or sub with tahini if oil free, 1-2 tsp maple syrup, 1-2 cloves garlic, to taste S&P, to taste
Mix it.
