Need serious recipe help for someone with a very sensitive stomach/ picky eater. High protein needed !
Literally name any vegan staple, I can’t have it. Avocado? Allergy. (Banana is the sister fruit too.) Seitan? Wheat / gluten sensitive / intolerant. Nuts? Mushrooms? Not a huge fan unless it’s Enoki mushrooms. Seeds? They don’t sit well with my stomach unless it’s only like a handful. Garlic? Intolerance / allergy. Onion? Super sensitive. And these two rely heavily for flavor.
Anyone know some good recipes I can try? I love beans but they get so boring after a while and it goes into that sensitive stomach thing. Same with tofu. I have gastritis, so high acid foods don’t sit well with me at all. Think tomatoes and broccoli. They are tasty and fun, in moderation. I love sweet potatoes and rice, they are versatile! Anyone know a good herb replacement for garlic/onion? Thanks so much.
