Nutritional replacement for Cod and Eggs?
Not talking about the actual fish and eggs themselves (so taste and looks aren't why I'm worried about), rather the nutrition they provide.
2x Eggs: 155 cals, 10g fat, 12g protein
6oz Cod (170grams): 180 cals, 2g fat, 38g protein
Is tofu and protein powder going to have to be my best bet?
