I’m craving Panchero’s spicy tofusada, but live in a state without this chain. Anyone have any luck recreating this salty, spicy tofu that is perfect in tacos? All I can find on their website is it’s marinated in a “southwestern sauce” and sautéed 🙁 thank you for your help!!!
