Plantain Pizza Crust

My friend and I made a super easy pizza crust with plantains.

We bought two large ripe plantains

Sliced them to about 1/4 inch slices.

Preheat oven to 375 F

Fried the plantains in grapeseed oil until they turned a light golden brown (if they get too dark/fried it makes them hard to mash and form the crust).

Then we placed them on some plastic wrap on a cutting board and mashed them. You shouldn't let them sit too long after frying because they will become harder to mash.

Then we placed the mashed plantains in a pizza tray and covered the bottom of the tray with the plantains.

Added whatever ingredients on top and baked in the over for about 15 minutes.
