Quick Stir Fry Sauce
1 cup vegetable broth 1/2 cup coconut aminos (you can sub liquid aminos, but the flavor will be different) 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard 2 teaspoons (or more) of curry seasoning 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional, but encouraged if using liquid aminos) Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Use immediately, or store in a container for use. I recommend using within 3-4 days of making it.
I greatly prefer coconut aminos over liquid aminos. If you use liquid aminos, you will most likely want to keep the salt to a minimum. Also, if you use coconut aminos you may not find a need for coconut sugar. The coconut sugar helps to balance out the liquid aminos. This recipe is very versatile. Add garlic or hot sauce for heat, or use a different mustard for a tamer flavor.
