Quickest way to consume Soya Chunks?
I've been trying to incorporate soya chunks into my diet. However, I really dislike the taste of it and the time taken to cook it is looong. I've tried roasting soyabeans, grinding them and adding them to a shake it still tasted very bad, I almost puked once. Plus I don't want all of the fats that come along with the soyabean that's why I'm sticking to soya chunks at the moment. As you can probably guess by now I'm not the ideal cook. I'm looking for a way to consume soya chunks as quickly as possible without it tasting horrible. I thought you folks would have a better idea on how to consume it quickly. Also, my preference is for a way to make into a shake. (No I don't want to add soya milk).
What do you folks recommend?
