Shrimp Paste & Fish Sauce Substitutes?
I’ve been learning how to actually cook Thai & Korean food lately, and a lot of it requires either fish sauce or shrimp paste.
Many people suggest liquid aminos or soy sauce, but those just don’t seem to cut it (to be fair, I’ve never tried either bc I was raised vegetarian).
Anyone have any tried & true suggestions?
