Substitute For Beef Consomme?
There is a family recipe I'd like to veganize and it includes a can of beef consomme plus a can of beef broth. I've never used consomme, but regularly substitute broth with "better than bullion". I'm wondering if there is something else I can use to imitate the strong flavor of the consomme or if I should just double or triple the amount of Better Than Bullion?
Anyone had success with veganizing a recipe like this?
