Terri in NYC: What did they use for their cheese
A bit of a shot in the dark, but I recently found out Terri, an excellent fast-casual vegan sandwich shop in NYC closed it's doors. This was one of my wife's favorite places to grab lunch while at work. Anyway, I wanted to try to recreate her order, a Bacon Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwich, and was wondering if anyone knew what they used for the cheese. I don't think it was Diaya, because I usually can't stand Daiya.
