So I have a recipe for Chicken Shawarma I am looking to convert to tofu.
In the chicken recipe you add spiced to olive oil and marinate the chicken in it. If I were to make this recipe with tofu, would that be the best way? Or cook it first then spice? Also how long should I let it sit in the oil and spices?
Kind of new at cooking with tofu.
