Uses for super firm tofu?
There’s been a weird shortage of extra firm tofu where I live, but I got firm and super firm last week. The super firm I know it’s just pressed before hand but the packaging seems different then extra firm so I’m not sure I can use it for all the same things. Is there a type of recipe you’d prefer to use super firm for?
