Vegan bagel making question
I've been making vegan everything bagels but am finding that most of the everything bagel seasoning ends up coming off the top of the bagel by the time they go in the toaster. I do a vegan butter wash on top of the bagels and apply a liberal amount of seasoning prior to baking. But handling the bagel afterwards, whether to toast or put in a freezer bag, a lot of the seasoning falls off. Wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions if they've run into the same problem.
