Vegan substitute baking supplies

Hey to clarify, I'm not vegan and don't really plan on going vegan any time soon(please don't try to convince me I've heard all the arguments, I work in conservation), but I like making food for people and want to be prepared to adapt recipes for vegans in the future since I'm working in a more diverse work space and want to be able to make things for people that everyone can enjoy. I mostly plan on adapting baking ones. Can you guys give me some alternatives for some common baking supplies(ex cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, marshmallow fluff/gelatin, ect) /let me know what common baking items aren't vegan that most people might not know? Thank you!
