VERY low maintenance lunches? via /r/veganrecipes

VERY low maintenance lunches?

My S/O works in a field where he deals with chemicals all day (hard to keep food safe) and I’m in charge of lunch. I used to make regular sandwiches but I find that he has little interest in vegan lunch meat or tempeh wraps etc. although those are the easiest things to eat.

Currently he likes crackers and uncrustables but it just doesn’t seem like enough to sustain him through a 12 hr day.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas! Essentially it cannot be anything that requires a utensil which is hard. Even if it’s something I’ve gotta buy, that’s okay. He also doesn’t really like sweets (though the Uncrustables have gone over well, bc of the peanut butter).
