Want to make non-tofu plant based Asian Fish Cake. Any ideas？
I'm specifically taking things like Oden, Hanpen, Chikuwa, Seafood Sticks, Fish Balls. They have a bouncy texture, mild flavour. I think I can manage the flavour myself, but I can't find anything that could help me with the texture. I tried glutenous rice flour mixed with other things, but I couldn't get there.
I've tried looking through YouTube in other languages and haven't found anything there either.
