We all love chickpea salad sandwiches. But has anyone done it with white beans?
Pretty much the title. I have two cans of chickpeas, and wanted to make a double batch of chickpea salad. However I need one of the cans of chickpeas for something else… so I was wondering if I can do 1 can of chickpeas and 1 can of white beans for the “chicken” salad. Have any of you done this? Or just used all white beans before?
