Hi I went vegan two months ago and haven’t lost any weight which I’m surprised because I felt like I would have. I don’t need to really however I always am trying to anyway. However I don’t understand how to lose weight as a vegan. Prior I’d have scrambled eggs, salads, and grilled chicken, and salmon when wanting to lose a few pounds. Now, I’m lost. I don’t like a lot of vegan food but I do want to stick with it. I have Ménière’s disease so it’s really helped with my ear but I’m not happy with how I can’t change my body. No idea how to lose weight anymore! Would really appreciate some meal suggestions 🙂
