What are essential ingredients that you always have?
Hi all! Vegetarian transitioning to full vegan here.
As the title says, what are essential ingredients that you always make sure to have at home? Ingredients that you use the most in your day to day, and that you consider important to always have.
Also, great community! Love the recipes, they all look so delicious and make it so much easier to take the steps to becoming vegan. Thank you 🙂
EDIT: I probably should have specified, the question was a bit more oriented towards sources of protein, things like tofu, TVP, etc. (I already eat a bunch of vegetables, but im used to adding some eggs or cheese for some protein) and maybe also things that you enjoy snacking on. Thanks!
