What do y’all eat for breakfast?
I'm new to vegan cooking (and cooking, period) and to be honest I'm just looking for some simple recommendations. Preferably no processed foods or fake meat. I'm just not into it.
Right now I'm pretty much eating avocado toast, oatmeal/barley porridge or fruit (or fruit smoothie). I need some more variety! I'm cool with something that might take me up to 10-15 minutes to prepare but nothing more complicated than that. I searched this sub for breakfast recipes and they were much more involved than what I'm looking for.
So, what is your tried and true not-too-fancy breakfast choice?
