what is the best creamy garlic sauce from scratch?
i want a garlic sauce to pour over everything. Basically i just want something yummy. I know how to make toum (arabic garlic sauce), but my question is how do you make a more creamy-esque garlic sauce? a common vegan suggestion is cashew cream but i have never made that and i dont keep cashews around…plus it sounds kinda fattening. Hmmmmmm. yea, dont know what to do. how do you make oil emulsify to be creamy?
basically a vegan aioli would be great, but i havnt tried that yet….
