Why isn’t everyone talking about soy curls?

I bought 3 pounds of soy curls less than two months ago and had to buy more because I've been eating them about every day since. I bought the 12 pound box, and I'm not afraid that any of it will go to waste because I'm making it for almost every meal now.

They're incredible. High-quality protein, fiber, low fat, texture like good chicken breast, and malleable flavor. It absorbs flavor from sauces and spices better than any other meat substitute. I've been making a vegan chik'n parmesan and it is so easy and wonderful.

  • 60g soy curls
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup marinara

Soak the curls for 10 minutes. Drain, add spices, brown them in a pan, and cover in sauce. Voila.
